“This was my first visit to PDA after moving from Wisconsin and after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. My last visit was over two years ago. Our primary care doctor had recommended Dr. Shull. When I called the office I found the staff to be friendly and informative providing me with a good idea how the first visit would go. After a brief discussion with my wife I called the office back the same day. The day of my appointment went smoothly, the entire office staff and dental team were friendly and professional. My wife joined us for the exam review. The initial exam included x-rays and photographing my teeth. The x-rays indicated two cavities. I was impressed with the photos (never had that done before) that displayed wear and thinning of the biting edge. After the exam I received a three step dental plan that addressed all the problem areas. The plan was straight forward and easy to understand. Dr Shull answered questions that we both had. I arranged for my next appointment. My wife liked Dr Shull and staff and made an appointment for her first exam.” - Robert Strandt

“Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I had an 8am appointment and the team was already upbeat and welcoming the moment I walked in. Ragen at the front desk greeted me with such a great attitude, it instantly set the tone for the visit.

Jamie took care of my X-rays and consultation, and made everything super smooth and easy. Even though they were barely running behind (if at all), they still gave me a Starbucks gift card, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Dr. Stanford was my dentist and I was really impressed by how professional and knowledgeable he was. He explained everything clearly and you could tell he really knows his teeth.

The next day, I came back for a cleaning and Christine was awesome. I genuinely don’t think my teeth have ever felt cleaner.

And the cherry on top? A few days later, I got a handwritten thank you card in the mail. That kind of personal touch is so rare these days.

“Dr. Shull just completed major work putting crowns and/or veneers on 7 of my top front teeth. How I wish I would have done this sooner! My front teeth presented with several problems and issues.
